She performs many roles related to people development – as a psychologist, facilitator, coach, trainer and HR consultant. She has diverse experience in working with different clients as a facilitator and consultant, and also as an expert and leader in organizations, including in building the People area in a holacratic organization.

She specializes in supporting leaders in building their leadership competencies, developing creativity and building constructive relationships with others, as well as in leading teams to increasingly better cooperation and greater effectiveness.
