Dorota has over 20 years of experience in the HR area (including HR management and HR consulting) gained both in various corporations and in HR consulting companies. Dorota is an Executive & Corporate Coach, who conducts individual and group coaching processes.

She is also a Business Trainer, who designs and delivers development programs for managers and employees – trainings and strategic workshops. As an Assessor she participates in Assessment / Development Centre processes. She conducts diagnosis of competences, feedback sessions and workshops based on Hogan, Insights Discovery and on Gallup methodology (strengths development).

She works with middle and senior managers, Board members, people from Talent groups, supporting them in achieving their professional and personal goals, which is crucial for the development and success of the entire company.
