Senior Consultant
Aureliusz Leżeński
I started my professional career as the director and founder of the second public high school in Warsaw, which I ran for 10 years. The next step was to work in the HR area – as the head of training at EMPIK, then at Jannsen-Cilag. At the same time, I started working as a coach and then as an HR consultant in the field of management development.
I founded and co-run a training company – currently Teamlabs. At IBD Business school, I ran the coaching department.
For 20 years, I have been the president of the Robinson Crusoe Foundation, which supports young people from orphanages in becoming independent. I am a member of the international association Ashoka – innovators for the public. I am the supervisor of ethics officers at Forte and Farm Frittes. I lecture in MBA programs at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and Merito University, and I work with leaders as a coach and team coach.
