Monika Cobel

Monika holds a master’s degree in psychology (social psychology) from the University of Warsaw. Monika works as a psychologist helping people to solve their problems and recover from the crisis. She is a certified crisis intervener.  

For more than 20 years she has worked as recruitment and HR consultant for international and local companies. She has experience in career counseling and also in working for corporate clients in assessment and development projects.  

Monika participated in many outplacement processes bringing support to people who have been made redundant. She is a certified consultant with Hogan Assessment Systems.  

She is strongly oriented to help people and companies to reach the highest level of effectivity and, as well, resilience.
