Joanna Zalewska

Joanna is an experienced Senior Consultant and HR strategic advisor. She consults clients from different industries and also brings practical experience acting as a HR leader and HR Business Partner supporting business partners from polish organizations, CEE country group and global functions. She gained experience working in HR area in a corporate environment and consulting environment (Rhenus/Schenker, Artur Hunt, Management Beratung Dr.Jenewein, Bayer Poland, Bayer AG Germany) since 27 years heading diverse roles in strategic HR Management and Consulting. She led and adviced international, culturally diverse teams and international business partners. She gained experience in leadrship assessment and leadership development, feedback and coaching, restructuring, change management, M&A processes, people&culture, diversity.

Her passion and broad experience is leadership assessment and development, executive assessments, talent management based on psychometrics. Her strength is deep business insight, HR experience, customer focus, ability to understand customer needs and to build trustful and long-term realtionships with stakeholders and business partners.

As an assessor and consultant she has broad experience in working with competency models, personality profiles, recruitment-and potential diagnosis and change management confimed by certifications from Ashridge Executice Education UK and Hogan Assessment International, US.
