Katarzyna Przygocka-Haraszczak

She has over 30 years of experience working with people as a psychological diagnostician, therapist,
coach, as well as a trainer and consultant. She began her career as a psychologist before transitioning
into the field of human resource management. However, she never abandoned purely psychological
work.

She has been involved in psychological diagnostics for children, adolescents, and adults. In the case of
adults she focused on assessing the suitability of adults to become foster parents. She also conducted
preparatory courses for this role. In a children’s hospital, she worked in neuropsychological diagnostics
also.

She continues to provide psychological therapy, albeit to a limited extent currently. In the HR field,
she conducts training sessions, coaching, HR system development consulting, and research. While her
training expertise covers a broad range of topics, she specializes in managerial training and talent
development.

She has also been involved in the creation and implementation of evaluation and recruitment systems
in large companies.

Privately, she is fascinated by Ayurveda and India. After completing her Ayurveda studies, she ran a
private Ayurvedic therapy studio in Toruń. She collaborated with doctors and therapists from India.
Two years ago, she moved to India and established a company specializing in recruiting Indian citizens
for work in Europe and preparing them both culturally and professionally for their stay in Europe.”
