What is the training format?
We offer both in-person and online training options. You can choose between a two-day format (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or a three-day format (9 a.m. to 3 p.m.). The content remains the same, but the schedules differ to accommodate participants’ work commitments and commuting needs.
We are also happy to organize a private in-house workshop upon request.
What do I have to do to get the certificate?
To obtain the certificate, you must:
- Complete the Hogan assessments and feedback session with an Assessment Systems consultant
- Attend 100% of the certification training
- Successfully pass online test
- Successfully complete supervised oral interpration of a Hogan profile
Hogan can I order Hogan Assessments if I am not Hogan certified?
The process of ordering Hogan assessments is the same for both certified and non-certified users. Certified users can order and independently interpret data reports with no narrative text.
